Hi, I’m Cassie.

Astrology has helped me through some of the darkest periods of my life. When I struggled to make sense of what I was going through, it gave me a way to reflect, understand myself more deeply, and remember that the chapter I was in wasn’t the whole story.

That experience is at the heart of Live Laugh Zodiac. I want to help others use astrology to navigate difficult seasons with more understanding and a little more kindness toward themselves. Sometimes that means exploring a pattern you keep finding yourself in; sometimes it means having language for a change you can feel but haven’t quite been able to explain.

I care about making astrology useful in real life, especially when life is complicated. That’s why you’ll find education and research here alongside personal reflection: I want to keep asking questions about the techniques we use and what they can offer us.
