A workable method: track Saturn while it stays inside a declared orb of natal Saturn, often three degrees for focused work, and record every exact pass. Write the orb down first.
The broader life transition usually feels longer than that, because other Saturn transits, annual profections, progressions and ordinary social milestones are all overlapping in the same stretch.
